RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE TO VACATION IN LAS VEGAS warm climate, you pay a non-refundable fee of $250. This can be done by one of two ways: 1) by Email using your account [we will help you set it up] or 2) making a deposit at a in downtown Williston, Minot, or any other U.S. Bank location using our assigned account number. The balance due for the tour must be paid 14 days in advance of the trip.

Upon Nevada Holidays receipt of your completed payments, your airline tickets, ground transportation tickets, dinner and brunch vouchers and hotel reservation receipt will be immediately sent to you via FedEx. DUPLICATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE SO KEEP THEM SAFE!

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
On flights with Frontier Air [MINOT] the trip payment [not reservation fee] will be refunded if cancellation is 5 days in advance of scheduled trip. On flights originating in Williston with United Airlines, 50% of trip payment will be made if canceled within 5 days of scheduled trip.

IN THE EVENT of cancellation by tour operator due to weather, airline disruption, lack of airline seats, or other unforeseen events on outbound trips, ALL monies paid by tour customer will be promptly refunded by Nevada Holidays LLC. Purchaser of tour agrees to then make no further claims for damages to the tour operator or its employees. In the event of cancellation, Nevada Holidays will make its best efforts to reschedule a tour at a later date if requested by tourist.

Airline travel and baggage rules apply to air travel. Nevada Holidays is NOT responsible for missed flights. Being on time is the responsibility of the traveler.
